Our Delivery Team service includes UK nationwide delivery to the room of your choice in your house/apartment to a maximum (3 floors high).
Although most of our furniture is of a solid construction, wardrobes generally are in sections for easy access to rooms. Our delivery team will unpack and install (assemble) these items if required. They will also remove any packaging your furniture arrives in.
What’s the cost of this service?
Local deliveries start from only £29, but for further afield, this cost will rise. Please phone us on 01472 828282 for the exact cost, as different factors such as your location and number of items affect the price. This charge is payable to the delivery people on the day of delivery.
How to use this service?
To order our Delivery Team Service, please make sure you choose “Our Delivery Team” as your shipping option at the checkout. You can contact us by phone or email and we will quickly reply with a personalized cost.
Once a delivery & installation cost has been accepted, (which is paid on the delivery day). You can then proceed with your purchase & payment for the furniture only. An order confirmation will be sent showing the accepted delivery cost.
After confirming your purchase, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery and give you a 3-hour delivery window. Deliveries occur between 10am and 4pm on weekdays.

Returns and 12 month guarantee
All of our furniture is of the highest quality so we are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you do decide you no longer want your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange returning your order and we will refund you. We will only accept items which are unused and in their original condition.
