Returns and 12 month guarantee
All of our furniture is of the highest quality so we are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you do decide you no longer want your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange returning your order and we will refund you. We will only accept items which are unused and in their original condition.
Our returns policy does not include bespoke furniture, which has been made to your unique specifications.
All of our pieces come with a 12-month guarantee. In the unlikely event, that there is a fault or a problem within this time, please contact us to discuss the problem and we will arrange a replacement if necessary.
Your 12-month guarantee will cover defective parts or problems with workmanship. However, it will not cover any damage caused by improper use, accidents, rough handling or ordinary wear and tear.
All decisions regarding refunds or replacements are made on a case-by-case basis. If we agree to issue a refund, we will do so within 30 days of us receiving the item(s) back. This is in compliance with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You will be liable for the return costs of delivery.
