Ordering your furniture from our website couldn’t be easier, but if you have a question about any of our products or the service we provide, please call 01472 828282, 7 days a week.

When you have chosen your furniture, please add your selection to your shopping basket and proceed to our online checkout. You will be asked to provide your contact details, including your billing and delivery addresses.

You will then be asked to provide your payment details. Our website uses online security measures which ensure your card or payment details will be safe and secure. Once your order has been received, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase, including your order reference number which you should keep safe in case you need to contact us with any queries.

All furniture is delivered free for orders over £350.

For orders below £350, we have a one-off charge of £29.

Depending on distance from our main warehouse, we have two types of delivery service: our own delivery van or a nationwide pallet delivery service.

Our van delivery service will place the furniture in the room of your choice.

Wardrobes and tables are generally in sections for easy access to rooms. These will be unpacked and fully assembled, and any packaging your furniture arrives in will be removed.

Nationwide pallet delivery service is only to the nearest kerbside of your property.

All packaging, including the pallet, will be left with the customer.

Please check the condition of your furniture at the time of delivery and alert us immediately if there is any problem. If no-one is at home, we will return your product(s) to our warehouse and rearrange delivery, but we will have to charge you a second delivery charge for making another trip.

Returns and 12 month guarantee

All of our furniture is of the highest quality so we are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you do decide you no longer want your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange returning your order and we will refund you. We will only accept items which are unused and in their original condition.
